Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of public service motivation and professionalism on employee performance through the discipline of state civil servants (ASN) who work in the Jeneponto Regency. This study using a path analysis tool (Path Analysis), with a population of all State Civil Apparatus Officers at the Jeneponton Regency Government Office with a sample of 162 employees. This study found that public service motivation, professionalism, and discipline were positive and significant on employees' ability at the Jeneponto district government office. Improve the performance of employees/ASN employees at the Jeneponto Regency Government Office.
