Abstract

In this paper, we propose to maximize the serviceability of user equipments (UEs) in fog radio access networks (F-RANs) by optimizing the downlink data scheduling for remote radio heads (RRHs) that support broadcast. To solve the optimization problem, we present a game-based heuristic algorithm. Evaluation results demonstrate the remarkable performance of our algorithm.
