The study identified climate change and its impact on food security for health management, as well as its adaptation strategies for sustainability among households in South-East Nigeria. The population studied consisted of 200 senior healthcare workers and agricultural extension officials in the South-East Nigeria. A multistage sampling technique was used in determining the sample size of 150 senior healthcare workers and agricultural extension officials. A thirty-seven (37) item questionnaire was used for data collection. The data was analyzed using frequency and mean distribution. The findings include: (1) Climate change impacts food security for health management. (2) Adaptation strategies for climate change on food security for health management Recommendations were made based on the research findings from South-East Nigeria.
