Employee performance plays an important role in an organization. In order for employees to work as expected, then in an employee must be grown discipline in work. In addition, with the right leadership to make the work completed according to the target that has been planned. This study examines the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of employees at Penawar Medika Tulang Bawang Hospital with the type of descriptive and explanatory research with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population consists of employees as many as 160 people and based on Slovin opinion then the sample for the respondents taken as many as 114 with simple random sampling technique. The research begins with reliability and validity test on the questionnaire before it is disseminated. After eliminating the invalid question, the questionnaire is distributed to the respondent. The results of respondents field then in if with SPSS application program to facilitate data processing. Based on the results of research with multiple regression analysis results in the know there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of both partial and simultaneous employees with proven through hypothesis testing. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of employees at the Penawar Medika Tulang Bawang Hospital, it is necessary to consider the leadership condition and the quality of work discipline of the employees.
