Abstract

This article analyzes the philosophical Personalism of Xavier Zubiri and its educational applications. The basis of the intellectual formation start from the idea of man a being gifted by a "Sentient Intelligence", bonded to reality and capable of managing reality, as well as the elements that according to this author comprise education for liberty and for personal and social ethics. The article focuses on the way the learner must be shaped in order to develop his own dignity according to the foundation of this dignity. This is a basic idea for a personal growth and for life in community.
