Abstract

The training for new employees has always been a hot issue in the practice of human resources management. Based on the corporate research, this paper studies the method of formulating personalized training programs for new employees from the perspective of knowledge management. First, this paper puts forward the model of formulating personalized training programs for new employees. Then, a method of designing personalized training content based on business case is proposed. Finally, this paper constructs the framework of knowledge service system based on training program libraries. The purpose of this study is to provide a new pattern for the formulation of training programs, which can improve the targeted and scientific nature of the training for new employees and promote the reuse and inheritance of enterprise knowledge and experience.
