Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of member participation, service quality, and business environment on the success of the KSPPS business case study at Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Bina Ummat Sejahtera (BMT BUS) at Lasem. The population in this study was a member of KSPPS BMT BUS Lasem with a sample number of 100 people. Data collection methods use documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show there is a simultaneous and partial positive and significant influence between member participation, service quality, and business environment to business success in KSPPS.
