Abstract

A practical approach is described for adaptively multiplexing in real-time T of N users in a multi-channel communications system using a majoritive logic multiplexer and quasiothogonal binary coding. The adaptive multiplexer employs the users’ class of service and channel noise constraints to optimize T and fidelity criteria.
