Aiming at the current situations and the characteristics in water injection wells, the high pressure flow automatic control instrument based on IOT is studied in this paper, which combines the functions of flowmeter, flow regulating valve, intelligent controller and communication technology into one intelligent control device. Through its application in hundreds of water injection wells in Qinghai and Dagang oilfield, it achieves the connections between instruments, the real-time data acquisition and monitor, the intelligent adjustment of water injection, which improves the automatic and intelligent management level for water injection wells.
