15th anniversary of the European nutrition leadership programme: A seminar for young nutrition professionals

Abstract

This report describes the European Nutrition Leadership Programme (ENLP), an annual one week seminar aimed at nutrition scientists starting out on their careers as future leaders in the field of nutrition. It marks the 15th anniversary of the programme which is designed to teach leadership, communication, team building and networking skills. The seminar is currently organised by the University of Wageningen with support from the food industry and a network of European universities.
