Abstract

Quality has emerged as an important factor in all parts of today's competitive free market. Previously, businesses focused on customer satisfaction to ensure excellent products and services. Now, the education sector is also expected to produce high-quality graduates who can meet the demands of the job market. The level of service provided by an educational institution, including facilities, bureaucracy, curriculum, teaching ability, leadership, staff competency, culture, and community connections, determines its credibility and popularity among the public. ABSTRAKKualitas telah muncul sebagai faktor penting di semua bagian pasar bebas yang kompetitif saat ini. Sebelumnya, bisnis berfokus pada kepuasan pelanggan untuk memastikan produk dan layanan yang sangat baik. Sekarang, sektor pendidikan juga diharapkan untuk menghasilkan lulusan berkualitas tinggi yang dapat memenuhi tuntutan pasar kerja. Tingkat layanan yang diberikan oleh lembaga pendidikan, termasuk fasilitas, birokrasi, kurikulum, kemampuan mengajar, kepemimpinan, kompetensi staf, budaya, dan koneksi masyarakat, menentukan kredibilitas dan popularitasnya di kalangan masyarakat.
