The permanent interest we show to the real infants in the domain of psychomotor therapy sets us up in a space of analysis about early interactions between parents and infants, binding the developmental point of view with the psychodynamic. It is through the display of his activity that the infant fosters his own consciousness about space, being psychologically as well as physically controlled and supported by his mother and his kindred's. The corporal space is the primary reference for such a construction. If at birth, it appears that the confrontation with the external world may cause some difficulties, then a clinical token is issued to acknowledge the beginning of the process.
