Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the effectiveness of Wattpad media in learning to write poetry in class X students of SMK Setia Darma Palembang. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The population in this study were all class X SMK Setia Darma Palembang in 2019/2020 which amounted to 6 classes and the sample of this study amounted to 2 classes selected using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are test and observation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses t-test. The average results of the experimental class obtained at 76.86 while for the average value of the control class 63.88.
