Abstract
For the adaptability of DDS (Data Distribution Service) to the demand of communication support for shipboard command and control system, this paper presents a series of evaluation criteria and methods to evaluate the performance. Through the analysis of the performance evaluation criteria, we show that DDS can be applied to the shipboard command and control system, and support communication of the next generation system.
