Abstract

Sustainable deployment needs a clear cooperative model of actors during different phases of planning, design, implementation and maintenance for a Web-based application project. Solving Web engineering problems involves multifaceted working stages, multi-domains expertise and multidisciplinary workers. The key to success is effective communication among actors. Actors can be both active and passive, either humans or non-human entities. Cooperative models can ensure effective flow of information between actors at all stages. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
