Abstract

When comparing results ofmovement analysis between subjects, it is advisable to account for differences in stature and body weight. Two methods will be pre- sented, scaling by nondimensional numbers and scaling to standard size. Specific for walking and other cyclic movements, methods to normalize for cycle time and to account for average speed are presented. Keywords
