PEMOTIVASIAN POKDARWIS KELURAHAN CAMPANG RAYA DALAM MEMANFAATKAN PELUANG USAHA WISATA BERBASIS BUKIT

Abstract

Tourism is the travel activity of a person or group of people visiting certain places for the purpose of recreation, personal development, and studying the uniqueness of tourist attractions for a temporary period of time. Bandar Lampung is classified as a large city with a population equivalent to a large urban area with a population of approximately 1 million people in 20 sub-districts with 126 sub-districts. Some sub-districts have used their urban space for residential, industrial and trade activities. However, there are some areas with hilly contours that have also been used as tourist destinations. Most tourist destinations with a hilly contour carrying capacity are in the western part of Bandar Lampung, even though on the eastern side of Bandar Lampung there are also several hills, but attention to directing the use of other forms, such as making it a tourist attraction, has received less attention from the public, especially those who are included in the area. tourism awareness group. Therefore, the aim of this service is to provide assistance and motivation to the administrators of the Campang Raya Village Pokdarwis so that they always have confidence in carrying out tours at hill tourist attractions. This activity was carried out in the form of discussions on the revitalization of management, work programs, how to create good administration, and approaching hill location owners. This activity was carried out in Campang Raya Village, precisely at the house of the chairman of the Pokdarwis in the period from February to March 2023. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the members of the Pokdarwis have begun to be inspired in the formation of a more important tourist attraction.
