Abstract

Pseudoceratinidae Carter (Demospongiae, Verongida), including Druinellidae Lendenfeld, is characterised in having a dendritic fibre skeleton in which bark elements are absent. Four nominal genera are included although only one is now considered valid. Species are dis- tributed across the Indo-Pacific.
