Abstract

In order to control the running costs of shopping malls, using the advanced intelligent robotics control, specifically in three areas of the "material resources", "labor productivity" and "logistics costs" can effectively solve the complex problem of cost control and is an important method of business costs management. However, intelligent systems and equipment are the cost themselves, so there is the need for cost-benefit analysis to determine the specific operating costs in order to effectively address the major shopping malls operating cost control. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
