Abstract

In general, mobile training refers to the subjective learning and problem solving, which are implemented by the trained objects according to their actual needs through mobile technologies as well as helps and supports of trainers. Introducing mobile training into teacher training is beneficial to increasing the possibility for teachers to receive trainings practically, and enhancing the effectiveness of teacher training at the same time. In addition, with mobile training, the time's zero and game of teacher training and teacher leisure can be effectively digested. It is a really effective teacher training model. It is feasible to introduce mobile training into teacher training. With the purpose of promoting the smooth development of mobile training for teachers and ensuring its effectiveness, it is highly necessary to build up a sense of mobile training in the minds of teachers, create a high-quality mobile training resources support system for teachers, and also make a balanced development planning and strengthen quality management and evaluation. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
