Abstract

The diverse ways in which parasites are transmitted between hosts are discussed, and a summary presented of some well-studied examples: nematode larvae; insect parasitoids; blood-feeding ectoparasites; vectored microparasites; and larval parasites infecting intermediate hosts. -from Authors
