Ankle fractures are common lower limb injuries which can leave long-term sequelae if treatment is suboptimal. Anatomical reduction of the medial, lateral, and posterior malleolus fractures is essential to restore the mechanics and a normal range of ankle motion. Type C fractures require special attention to ensure optimum reduction of the syndesmosis. In this chapter we report on reduction and fixation tips and tricks of this common injury.
