This study investigates the quality of work-life practices and perceptions among female employees in the electronics manufacturing industry in India. This study aimed to identify and analyze the factors influencing their work-life quality and the interplay between these factors and various demographic and socioeconomic variables. Using purposive sampling, data were collected and analyzed with SPSS to explore the impact of work-life balance policies, workplace assistance, workload, and job satisfaction on women's work–life decisions. The findings provide significant insights into how demographic, socioeconomic, and psychological factors shape female employees' workplace experiences. This study highlights the importance of tailored work-life practices to enhance job satisfaction and well-being among women in this sector, offering valuable guidance for policymakers and organizational leaders to create supportive and equitable work environments.
