PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP HAK CIPTA MOTIF BATIK TANJUNGBUMI MADURA

Abstract

Batik is protected under our Copyright Act as a creation. Society’s awareness and comprehension of the applicable copyright law, in particular small and medium industry, is still low. Correct enforcement of Copyright Act and promotion of legal awareness is needed in order to reach a prosperous society.Batik dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Hak Cipta sebagai bentuk ciptaan. Tingkat kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat khususnya pengusaha Industri Kecil Menengah terhadap hak cipta masih rendah. Diperlukan penerapan Undang- Undang Hak Cipta yang sesuai dan dilandasi dengan kesadaran hukum untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat.
