Abstract

This paper aims to make a presentation of a study in order to obtain solutions for a better adequacy of a complex production system, where the system of air traffic control, and the Brazilian system that is in phase of modifications to a human-machine relationships over the working procedures in the light of the constant innovations in information systems in order to improve flight safety. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
