EFEKTIVITAS UJI KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN OTOMATISASI TATA KELOLA PERKANTORAN TERHADAP KOMPETENSI LULUSAN SMK PGRI 11 CILEDUG

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Expertise Competency Test (UKK) on the Competence of Graduates in the Automation of Office Governance at SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug. The object of research is the participants who take the competency test with of 45 respondents. The method used in this study is quantitative description with simple regression method with the help of data processing using SPSS 25. That the implementation of the Skills Competency test at SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug is quite effective with a percentage of 60%, and the average competency achievement of graduates is 88.76 in the competent category and a significance value of 0.000 below the level of = 0.05 simultaneously effectiveness affects the competency of graduates, because the two variables have a strong relationship of 71.1%, the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study.
