The increasing number of people which is very rapid and the higher standard of living, will result in increasing need of houses. One way to meet the needs of residential houses is to build residentil. The construction of housing must meet financial feasibility and also comply with local regulations. This final project aims to analyze the feasibility of investment in development projects of Kalianget Paradise Housing, it is included by criteria of investment Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) then it tested the level of sensitivity to determine the value in the impact of various changes of the key variables of the possibility results. Based on the results of the calculation of investment analysis with an investment period in 6 years, it is obtained the value of the Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp 5,854,678,693 (NPV> 0), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 47.89% (IRR> MARR), and payback period (PP) in the third year of the second month was less than the investment period in 6 years, and the results of the sensitivity analysis is known that Kalianget Paradise Housing investment will remain viable if the rise in the cost of investment of less than 22.43% decline in units sold (occupancy rate) is not more than 18.87% decline in the selling price of no more than 15.87% and the rise in interest rates on loans is less than 189.88%.
