Abstract
In complete renal duplication, upper moiety is obstructed and lower moiety refluxing in most instances. Nonfunctioning moieties, especially the obstructed systems need heminephrectomy. A separate vessel supplying nonfunctioning moiety makes heminephrectomy technically easier.
