Abstract

The architecture and functionality of virtual laboratory Online Lab, is presented, with respect to its unique features: unified interface for computational tools, scalability, advanced personalization based on social network analysis. Online Lab implements also content-and context-awareness mechanisms and is planned for the future use in content-aware networks' environment. The paper summarizes the first stage of the development of Online Lab working prototype. © 2011 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
