Abstract

Nowadays sophisticated vehicles can become autonomous e-government service providers by viewing them as "G-Cloud computing" nodes. By using web services technologies vehicles can offer e-government cloud computing services. © 2012 ICST Institute for Computer Science, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.
