Abstract

With the increasing of maritime container, functional seaport inland access is important for the efficiency of the transportation chain as a whole. The selection of Dry port location bases on the index system in view of the factors. The factors that affect the facilities of the dry port were systematically analyzed and an evaluation model was built. As a result of complexity in assessing Dry port selection performance, it is difficult for decision-makers to provide exact numerical values for the factors. Therefore, a fuzzy ANP method can solve problems in an uncertain condition effectively. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
