Abstract

We are coming to a very interesting place in history where new ecology of art, scientific and technological innovation, and society, is emerging. It will fundamentally change the dynamics and thus evolving pathways of the development of our society, and demand corresponding changes of the ways we perceive, understand and interact with this emerging ecology. Reexamining the relationships of art, techno-scientific research and society is thus to help both artists, scientists, policy makers and the public understand the emerging ecological system to fully utilize the great opportunity and better cope with the new challenges.
