Abstract

In meeting the needs of life, humans must interact with other individuals as the beginning of the formation of a group. The establishment of the group because they have the same background and perception relationship. There are two social motives that encourage a person to interact, namely; the need for affiliation and the need for intimacy. The group is the starting point for the formation of the organization. Organizations, individuals who want to achieve common goals So the purpose of writing this article is to understand the behavior of groups and organizations on performance, especially at UPT Islamic Tutorial Center UPI with the constraints and solutions. The method used in this research is literature study. The results of the study indicate that the success of a group or behavior is closely related to the behavior of individuals and leaders in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Individual behavior will affect group performance, and group behavior will shape organizational behavior that has an impact on organizational performance. The effectiveness of organizational performance is based on group performance, while group effectiveness is based on the effectiveness of individual performance.
