Smart City conceptual development is as an approach to solve urbanization issues and improve the quality of life. Among others, the needs of Smart City are focused to enhanced the users of smart mobility. Taking action to reduce and control pollution levels is a major priority because Urban mobility accounts for 40% of all CO2 emissions of road transport and up to 70% of other pollutants from transportation record. The study was performed by reviewing and highlighting existing published studies on Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) application for smart parking monitoring system and performing gap analysis.
