Talk about local university talent training and the demand of economic social development

Abstract

Higher education talent cultivation is closely related with the society development. In today's society, the social demand is bring forward new higher requirements for professional talent. However, at present China's higher education talent training and social demand exists not harmonious phenomenon, local university must view and analyze these questions with new eyeshot and ideas, take corresponding countermeasure: taking social demand as a guide, deepen education reform, reasonable position of school level, intensify specialty construction of characteristics, strengthen professional basis, improving education quality by reforming education and innovation, further strengthen adaptability of talents training with social development demand. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
