Abstract

A patient with occult pancreatic carcinoma associated with recurrent acute pancreatitis is reported. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography after the first attack was normal, the diagnosis being made at repeat examination 10 months later. © The Fellowship of Postgraduate Medicine, 1986.
