The purpose of this research was to analyze the Degree of Industrial Engineering of the Northern Technical University based on ISO 9001:2015 standard which specifies the requirements for the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS). The standard focuses on continuous improvement of both public and private organizations and fosters management efficiency through the design of processes, techniques and control. It is also based on the following seven quality principles: customer focus, leadership, commitment to people, process focus, improvement, decision making based on evidence and relationship management. Its purpose is both internal and external customers satisfaction and the standardization of activities through proper management of processes.
