Abstract

We have written a fully extensible Java application for visually browsing expression data, and clusters of genes or experimental conditions calculated from that data. The application requires a runtime environment for Java2. Availability: http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Users/mrp/java/ExpressionBrowser.
