Samples structures of mono- and polymetallic materials obtained by the method of electron beam additive manufacturing with wire filament are investigated. Typical defects for samples of monometallic materials and polymetals of different systems are determined. It is established that the main defects in the manufacture of titanium, aluminum alloys and austenitic steel are pores of different structural and large-scale levels. Additional defects in the printing of monometallic samples are the defects associated with the wire feeding. Defects in the form of cracks, pores and unfused wire sections are formed in the polymetallic samples of different systems.
