Abstract

We consider the complex problem of how to perform simulations particle motions taking into account cohesion between particles. We will focus on the molecular dynamics models. Particularly, we will analyse what happens in cohesive materials during multiparticle contacts where the surfaces of contacting particles are rough. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2004.
