The aim of the study was to design a methodology to identify the dynamic capacities in entrepreneurship centers. The methodological design is qualitative and exploratory. To this end, the literature on the concepts and approaches of dynamic and entrepreneurial capacities were reviewed, their relationships were made explicit, the categories and variables were identified and selected, and the instrument was designed. Based on the judgment of seven experts, the reliability and objectivity of the instrument was validated and then applied to the managers of the Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano. Among the most relevant conclusions is the need to promote innovative entrepreneurship, develop entrepreneurship programs that foster students’ abilities to respond to the needs of the socioeconomic context and establish work routines to monitor, evaluate and make decisions oriented towards the construction and appropriation of dynamic capacities.
