POWER GENERATION

Abstract

Paper presented at symposium entitled '%'Challenge for Steel'%', expresses views of Central Electricity Generating Board (CEGB) speaking as customer of steel industry. It is concluded that expected increase of power generation by nuclear plants will test ability of steel industry, not to supply new type of material, but to meet more exacting requirements for its products without major cost increases.
