Synthesis of the Rheb and K-Ras4B GTPases

Abstract

Now available! Farnesylated and carboxymethylated Rheb (see picture) and K-Ras4B GTPases were synthesized in useful amounts by a combination of expressed protein ligation and solid-phase lipopeptide synthesis.
