Effects of Administration of Olive Oil (Olea europaea L.) and Tin Fruit Extract(Ficus carica L.) on Malondialdehyde (MDA) Levels of house Mouse (Mus musculus) Blood Induced by Breast Cancer. Recent studies have found chemotherapeutic agents from plants in the Qur'an Surah At-Tin in the first verse, namely Tin Fruit and Olives. Antioxidants and unsaturated fatty acids in tin fruit and olive oil can provide chemopreventive effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of olive oil (Olea europaea) and tin fruit extract (Ficus carica L.) on Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in mice (Mus musculus) induced breast cancer with DMBA (7,12-dimethyl-benz-α-anthracene) carcinogen solution. This study used experimental research with post-test only control group design. There is a control group and a treatment group, both of which will be observed to see differences in the sample after treatment. The final sample used mice blood taken from the retroorbita, then analyzed MDA using spectrophotometry. The results showed that MDA levels in group K increased with a range of 2.82 ± 1.78 nmol/mL. While in the extract treatment group decreased by 83% (P1) with a range of 1.79 ± 0.22 nmol/mL, 80% (P2) with a range of 1.71 ± 0.14 nmol/mL, and 83% (P3) with a range of 1.57 ± 0.34 nmol/mL. One-Way Annova test obtained Sig 0.007 (Sig < 0.05) which means there is a significant difference between treatment groups.
