Abstract

The coordinated planning of the Integrated Energy System (IES) can not only improve the safety and economy of the whole system, but also achieve the complementary cooperation of various energy flows, and finally improve the overall efficiency of energy utilization. In this paper, the Shanhaitian IES park in Wenchang city, which is an international tourism island, is taken as the research objective Based on the provided data of energy supply and consumption, meteorological conditions, renewable energy resources, building load, and so on, the installed capacities of different renewable energies in this IES park has been planned by using the capacity matching method. The results show that: according to the planned permanent population of about 190,100 people, the installation areas of solar collector can reach 374,000 m2 which can meet the demands of more than 80% heat load. Besides, the optimal layout area of solar PV system is 878,000 m2 from the aspect of economic interests, and the remaining power still needs to be supplemented by the large power grid.
