In Part II we developed the abstract theory of bases and frames. Now in Part III we turn to more concrete settings, and examine some frames and bases that have a specific structure. In Chapter 10 we will consider systems ofweighted exponentials and systems of translates, while in Chapter 11 we turn to Gabor systems and then to wavelets in Chapter 12. Part IV, consisting of Chapters 13 and 14, is devoted to Fourier series.
