Abstract

Adolescents are commonly afflicted with the negative effects of stress. These groups of adolescents are students who are going through the transition of vast physical and mental changes during a specific period in their lives, and are failing to manage their time more wisely and effectively according to the different situations that occur. The purpose of this research is to examine the current situation of stress among adolescents and to investigate a suitable approach on using visuals in a digital visual schedule to handle stress. The sample comprised 50 university students from Universiti Teknologi MARA and Unisel Shah Alam from different faculties. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and an interview was conducted on student stress management and opinions on a digital visual schedule in order to obtain the research goal.
