Abstract

The thyroid gland in 87 non-domesticated birds has been examined. Both macroscopic and histological abnormalities are infrequent. A follicular adenoma together with cases of colloid goitre and diffuse microfollicular hyperplasia are described. © 1979, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
