Abstract

The capital market is a financial market that brings together fund owners and fund users for medium-term and long-term investment purposes. With the existence of a capital market, it can improve the country's economy for the progress of the Indonesian state. The method that researchers use is literature study by collecting, reading and recording literature studies related to the subject being researched, then processing it as a basis for building a unified framework. In conclusion, the capital market is a solution for the people's economy which also has an impact on the country's economy as a vehicle for meeting development financing needs, of course the capital market has oversight of ongoing investment activities by the government and IDX.
