In this paper the authors describe strategies and activities in a blended discipline developed in the first semester of 2008, with post-graduate students from USP, in three different LMS (learning managements systems). The course was developed under the principles of learning collaborative approaches and was aimed to facilitate formation of a learning community among participants. This way, everyone could learn not only the content of the discipline, but the culture behind the use of virtual environments for learning
